This report is based on input from 49 freelance technical/marcom writers and documentation managers. All rates are those actually charged, not asking rates. This quarter technical and marcom writers moved en-masse from $USD to NIS as their main currency for rates. The easiest way to deal with this phenomen was to create 2 parallel reports, one with all rates converted to $USD and the other with all rates converted to NIS.
